Led by Aimee Rose
Aimee Rose founded Stratebee Agency in 2016 to give colleges, universities, and the organizations that serve them direct access to senior-level institutional strategy, reputation counsel, and execution — without the overhead of a large agency retainer. Her background spans brand and public affairs work at global agencies including Ogilvy and Edelman, and executive leadership roles guiding strategy, communications, enrollment, and organizational transformation at Mary Baldwin University, Shenandoah University, Augusta Health, and the University of Tennessee Southern.
She currently leads Enrollment, Strategic Communications and Marketing for the University of Tennessee Southern, and selectively advises colleges, universities, and higher education organizations navigating leadership transitions, reputation challenges, enrollment transformation, institutional restructuring, or major strategic initiatives that require experienced executive leadership from strategy through execution.
What Stratebee Does
Most firms are built for either strategic advice or project execution. Stratebee brings both together – connecting executive decision-making with disciplined implementation so institutional priorities become measurable results.

How an Engagement Runs
A consistent process, sized to fit the team that has to live with it.
01 — Assess
Budget, politics, timeline, and history — not just the brief. Most plans fail on constraints nobody named out loud.
02 — Architect
Clear owners, realistic milestones, and a structure sized to the people who will actually run it day to day.
03 — Activate
Vendors, timelines, internal stakeholders, and the inevitable curveballs — handled in the room, not reported after.
04 — Assure
Progress measured against the original goal, with course corrections made while they're still small.
Recognition
Recognition reflects work completed across Aimee Rose’s agency and executive institutional leadership roles.
Start a Conversation
Most engagements begin with one conversation about one institutional challenge—a leadership transition, reputation issue, enrollment strategy, organizational change, or major initiative that needs experienced strategic leadership and disciplined execution.
